These chocolate M&M cookies work great for those with an egg allergy because these are not only delicious, they are eggless!
Needed:
Flour (2 cups)
Cocoa Powder (2/3 cup)
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Vegetable Oil (2/3 cup)
Sugar (1 1/4 cups)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)
M & Ms (3/4 cup)
Directions:
*Preheat your oven to 350F.
*Mix all the ingredients except for the M&M candies. The dough is going to be a bit thicker than you might expect but that is the way it should look.
*Spoon a small amount into the palm of your hand and roll into balls approximately the size of small meatball.
*Place these rounds on an ungreased cookie sheet and top with "M&Ms".
*Bake for 10 minutes and remove. Keep a close on the cookies so they do not burn.
Special cooking hint: Using a silicone mat on the cookie sheet will reduce the chances of the bottom of the cookies burning
