Cornmeal Pancakes for Egg Allergy

Many eggless recipes taste a little "gooey", not this one. Try this really simple recipe for GREAT pancakes that everyone will love.

Needed:
1.5 Cups Self Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
2 Tablespoons Sugar or Agave Syrup
2 Cups of Cow's Milk, Soy Milk or Oat Milk
Non Stick Skillet
Favorite Grease for Skillet

Directions:
*Heat up the skillet at medium heat with your favorite grease. For this recipe I use Spectrum non-hydrogenated shortening, it burns a cleaner than margarine.
*Mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
*Add liquid and mix with a fork.
*Spoon out into 3 inch circles onto skillet. Be sure they are not touching each other.
*Let circles form many bubbles and then flip them with a spatula.
*Let cook on opposite side for approximately 30 seconds and remove from pan.
*Serve hot with your favorite syrup or berries. I prefer agave syrup over maple syrup. Its not quite as sweet and has less calories than traditional maple syrup.
