Whole Wheat Pizza For Egg Allergy and Peanut Allergy

So many pizza shops are now using peanut oil or egg based products that its has become much safer to make make a healthy pizza at home if you have an egg allergy or peanut allergy.  Homemade pizza is easier than you might think to make.

Needed:
1 Cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Organic White Flour
1 Package Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water (not hot!)
1 Tablespoon Sugar or Agave Syrup.
Organic Olive Oil
1/2 cup of Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup of finely diced mozzarella cheese.

Add flours to very large bowl and olive oil.

In cup, add yeast, water and your choice of sweetener (sugar, agave syrup or honey). Mix with spoon.

Pour liquid into flour mixture and mix with your hands until the dough forms.

Remove dough from bowl and kneed the dough on table lightly greased with olive oil for about 5 minutes.

lightly oil the large bowl and replace the dough ball in the bowl.

Let dough rest and rise in bowl for about 1 hour while the top of the bowl is covered with a warm wet dish towel. The towel should not be touching the dough, this is only to keep the moisture and warmth in the dough.

Preheat oven at 400F

Stretch out your dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Add about 3 tables spoons of tomato sauce on to top of dough, spreading thinly. Place in oven for 5 minutes.

Remove from oven add a the remaining sauce over dough and follow by sprinkling the mozzarella cheese over top of dough.

Place in oven till cheese starts to bubble and brown. About 10 minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes then slice and eat!
