Apple Upside Down Cake for Egg Allergy (No Egg Recipe)

Upside Down Apple Cake on Cake Plate
This beautiful and delicious egg free apple cake recipe will impress your friends and family. Here's how to make it.

    2/3 cup of milk
    1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    2/3 cup granulated sugar
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 apples peeled, corded and sliced in 1/4 inch wedges
    8 inch round spring form pan

    Preheat your convection oven or standard oven to 325F Degrees.


    Spread your apple slices in the spring form baking pan.

    Add milk and vinegar into mixing bowl. Mix gently with spoon. Don't worry about any curdling.

    Add remaining ingredients to large mixing bowl and with your kitchen mixer until well blended.

    Pour your batter over the sliced apples and put in the oven.

    Cook the cake for approximately 30 minutes or until cake is thoroughly cooked.

    Remove from heat and let cool at least 30 minutes before removing from your spring form pan. Remember, to turn the cake upside down when you remove the cake from the pan!


    The cake should stand for at least another hour before serving. Serve alone or with ice cream or whipped cream.

    If you wish to make this recipe Vegan, simply replace the milk with soy milk or oat milk, it works
