Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Egg Allergy Recipe

Ingredients:
2 sticks of softened butter - not melted
1 cup fi rmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1.5 cups of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons of applesauce
3 cups of old fashioned oats - not quick
1 cup of golden raisins

Directions:
*Preheat your oven to 350F degrees for at least 15 minutes.
*Beat together the butter and sugars until creamy with your electric kitchen mixer.
*Add all the remaining ingredients and continue to beat with your electric mixer.
*Spoon out by round tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
*Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
*Cool for approximately 5 minutes on either a wire rack or a wood cutting board. (I prefer to cool on the wooded cutting board)
*Serve warm or room temperature with a glass of milk! Your family will love this recipe and will never notice there are no eggs!

    Hit. Total hit all around. Had to beat the parents back with an eraser.
